You can get to VNIIFTRI by car along the Leningradskoe shosse from Moscow, to the 40th kilometer (there is a large monument on the right), turn right to Mendeleevo, then turn right again (along the main road), continue straight to the end. The VNIIFTRI checkpoint will be on your right).

By public transport you need to get to the Vodny Stadion metro station, take the 350th bus there, get to the VNIIFTRI stop, then walk along the road about 10 minutes.
